5.1 Seller Obligations and Standards
Product and Content Requirements:
- Only sell digital products (physical products are strictly prohibited)
- Verify and maintain documentation proving ownership or licensing rights to all content
- Provide accurate, detailed product descriptions including file formats, software requirements, and usage limitations
- Disclose exact license terms, usage rights, and any restrictions before purchase
- Ensure all products are fully functional, complete, and as described
- Include appropriate documentation, user guides, or instructions when necessary
- Maintain product quality standards appropriate for commercial sale
Customer Service Requirements:
- Respond to buyer inquiries, questions, and support requests within 48 hours
- Provide technical support for products when reasonably requested
- Handle customer complaints professionally and in good faith
- Process refund requests according to platform policies and applicable laws

Business Compliance Requirements:

PayPal Business Account Mandatory:
- All sellers must maintain a valid, verified PayPal Business Account in good standing
- Personal PayPal accounts are strictly not eligible for seller status
- Business accounts must be registered under the seller's legal business name

Geographic Payment Restrictions:
- Due to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, PayPal accounts registered in India cannot currently receive seller payments
- This restriction applies regardless of the account holder's citizenship or business registration

- All sales must reflect genuine product value with no artificial price inflation or deflation
- No fee circumvention through external transactions, partial payments, or bundling schemes
