Welcome to 3DIMLI.com!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the 3dimli.com website, services, and products (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. About 3DIMLI.com
3dimli.com is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital storefront, discovery, and commerce tools for independent creators and businesses ("Sellers"). Sellers use the software to create and operate their own stores, connect an eligible payment provider, list and deliver digital products, and sell directly to their customers ("Buyers"). 3DIMLI supports digital products only; physical products are not permitted.
Important: We do not buy, sell, license, resell, distribute, or take ownership of Seller Products. Each Seller independently operates their store, makes the offer to the Buyer, sets the product terms, and receives the Buyer payment through the Seller's connected payment provider. 3DIMLI is not the Seller, reseller, distributor, broker, agent, or merchant of record for a Seller Product and is not a party to the Buyer-Seller sale.
Discovery does not change our role: A Seller or Product may appear in 3DIMLI Discovery, search, categories, recommendations, collections, or other promotional surfaces. These features help users find independently operated Seller stores. Placement does not mean that 3DIMLI created, owns, inspected, verified, sponsors, guarantees, or endorses the Seller or Product, and it does not transfer the Seller's responsibilities to 3DIMLI.
Our SaaS solution includes store setup tools, product listing capabilities, payment processing integration, global platform access, content delivery systems, and analytics - everything needed to establish and operate a successful digital commerce business selling digital products, 3D models, graphics, games, software, e-books, and other digital content ("Products").
2. Account Registration
2.1 Account Registration

2.2 Business Accounts

Geographic Availability: PayPal Business is available in most countries. Stripe is available in 40+ countries. Razorpay, PayU, and Cashfree are available for eligible sellers in India. iyzico is available for eligible sellers in Turkey. 4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Product Licensing
When you purchase a Product on 3dimli.com, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product, subject to the specific license terms provided with each Product. All intellectual property rights in the Products remain owned by the respective Seller.
Sellers may offer multiple license types on the same product, including Standard, Commercial Redistribution, Editorial, Creative Commons, and Custom licenses. For Software and Games products, sellers can create custom-named license tiers with their own terms, pricing, and restrictions. Buyers should review the specific license terms on each product page before purchasing.
4.2 Permitted Use
You may only use Products for lawful purposes and as expressly allowed by the license terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Products except where expressly permitted by law or by the specific license terms.
4.3 User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit ("User Content"). "Public Listing Content" means User Content you intentionally publish on a public 3DIMLI surface, such as product images, thumbnails, preview images or videos, titles, descriptions, store names, logos, banners, and profile information. While that content is published, you grant 3DIMLI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, resize, crop, transcode, display, distribute, and use it to operate, demonstrate, market, advertise, and promote 3DIMLI and your public store or Products, including through 3DIMLI websites, social media, emails, advertising, and promotional materials.
"Product Files" means downloadable files, source files, project files, archives, and other files supplied for delivery to a Buyer. Product Files, private uploads, unpublished drafts, private account information, and Buyer data are not Public Listing Content and are not licensed for marketing. 3DIMLI may securely store and deliver Product Files only to provide authorized purchases and meet essential security, support, dispute, and legal needs. We will not publish or use the contents of Product Files in marketing unless you separately choose to publish the same material as Public Listing Content.
The license to display or newly promote Public Listing Content ends when you unpublish or delete that content or permanently delete your account. We are not required to recall marketing material lawfully published while the license was active. We will not use removed content in new promotional materials. After removal, 3DIMLI may retain limited copies only as reasonably necessary to complete existing transactions, preserve a Buyer's continuing access or license, maintain security and backups, comply with law, resolve disputes, and keep transaction or enforcement records. Residual backup copies are removed through our normal backup-retention cycle and are not restored to public access.
4.4 Content Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- You have all necessary rights to submit any User Content
- Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy
- You are solely responsible for your User Content
4.5 Seller Responsibility and Reporting Infringement or Counterfeit Products
Each Seller is solely responsible for the Products they upload and for holding all rights necessary to sell them. 3DIMLI is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider: we supply the software, store, and website infrastructure Sellers use to host and operate their stores. We review listings for policy compliance, but we cannot verify the rightful ownership of digital products, and we are not responsible for content Sellers upload. Intellectual property disputes are therefore between the rights holder and the Seller.
If you believe a Product listed on the Service is counterfeit or infringes your intellectual property rights, report it by following the intellectual property reporting procedure in our Acceptable Use Policy. Unless you are submitting a formal legal notice as a rights holder or their authorized agent, we require you to first attempt direct resolution with the seller through the contact email on their store page, and to include with your report evidence of that outreach, your communication history if the dispute remains unresolved, and documentation supporting your claim (such as proof of rights ownership or specific details showing why the product is counterfeit).
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
Users must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. All users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Additionally, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purposes
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Post harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
6. Payment Terms and Conditions
6.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through approved seller-connected gateways such as PayPal Business, Stripe, Razorpay, Freedom Pay Classic, Octo, Paystack, PayU, Cashfree, and iyzico where eligible. All transactions must be processed through our approved payment gateways.
Seller Payment Requirements:
- Sellers must connect a verified payment account through an eligible supported gateway such as PayPal Business, Stripe, Razorpay, Freedom Pay Classic, Octo, Paystack, PayU, Cashfree, or iyzico
- Personal PayPal accounts are not eligible for seller payments
- Indian sellers can use Stripe, Razorpay, PayU, or Cashfree where eligible
6.2 Pricing and Fees
Subscription-Based Pricing: Both seller plans are subscriptions. Sellers choose either a Fixed subscription ($25/month or annual billing) or a monthly Flexible subscription whose charge equals 8% of net finalized sales for that Flexible billing period, with no charge when there are no finalized sales. There are no listing fees. Buyer payments go directly to the seller's connected payment account; 3DIMLI bills the seller separately for the selected platform subscription.
Available Plans:
- Fixed subscription plan ($25/month or annual billing) with 0% platform commission
- Flexible subscription plan (8% platform fee on monthly sales, zero if no sales)
Commission Structure:
- Fixed plan: 3DIMLI takes no commission from product sales
- Flexible plan: 3DIMLI bills an 8% platform subscription charge on net finalized sales after the monthly billing period closes
- Customer payments still go directly to the seller's connected payment account
Finalized sale: For Flexible billing, a sale is finalized after the product is downloaded or accessed, or after the applicable refund window ends. The 8% charge is based on the sale amount after confirmed refunds. A fully refunded sale is not charged, and a partial refund reduces the charge proportionally.
Plan changes: A Flexible seller may switch to Fixed after paying any Flexible charges already due and completing Fixed checkout. Recent sales that are still within the refund window remain subject to the Flexible 8% charge if they are not refunded. A plan change never turns an earlier Flexible sale into a 0% Fixed sale. If no Flexible charge is due, the seller can proceed directly to Fixed checkout. A Fixed-to-Flexible change takes effect at the next billing-cycle boundary.
We will provide advance notice (minimum 30 days) to all existing users before implementing any pricing changes or subscription requirements.
- Sellers set their own prices for Products
- Payment processor fees apply according to the chosen gateway's fee structure
- Seller Product prices are displayed in the seller's configured store currency unless otherwise specified
- 3DIMLI platform subscription and add-on prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
6.3 Seller Payments
- All payments are processed directly between Buyers and Sellers through the seller's eligible connected payment account
- 3DIMLI does not handle, process, or take ownership of product payments
- Because 3DIMLI does not possess those product-sale funds, 3DIMLI cannot place a reserve or hold on them or declare them forfeited. A payment provider may independently hold, reserve, reverse, or restrict funds under its own terms.
- Sellers must maintain a valid, verified payment account to receive payments
- Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes
- Payment disputes must be resolved directly between Buyer and Seller through the relevant payment provider's dispute resolution process
6.4 Refunds
Buyer-to-seller purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Under the standard platform process, a request is eligible for consideration only when all of the following apply:
- The product has not been downloaded
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- The buyer provides a valid documented reason, such as a defective, materially incomplete, or misrepresented product
A downloaded product is outside the standard platform refund process even if the buyer later reports that it is broken. In that situation, the seller may voluntarily refund, the buyer may use the connected payment provider's dispute process, and rights that cannot be waived under applicable law still apply.
This buyer-to-seller policy is separate from seller-to-3DIMLI platform billing. A confirmed refund before a Flexible invoice reduces the related 8% charge. If that charge was already invoiced, 3DIMLI applies the corresponding fee credit to a later Flexible invoice or other account adjustment. Sellers should contact support with payment-provider evidence for any chargeback or reversal not already reflected in their billing.
6.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing structures and fees with reasonable notice to users.
6.6 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refund is issued for a partial billing period. An annual Fixed subscriber retains access through the paid year. A Flexible subscription closes at the end of its monthly billing period, subject to final billing for sales made during that period. The Flexible-to-Fixed settlement flow and scheduled plan changes are described in Section 6.2.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection and Use
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 International Data Transfers
By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your home country, including India and the United States, for processing and storage.
7.3 Data Retention
We retain user data as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Users may request data deletion subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
8. Third-Party Services and Integration
8.1 Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or products. 3dimli.com does not endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content, websites, services, or products. You use all third-party services at your own risk.
8.2 Payment Gateway Integration
Payment processing is provided by approved seller-connected gateways such as PayPal Business, Stripe, Razorpay, Freedom Pay Classic, Octo, Paystack, PayU, Cashfree, and iyzico where eligible. By using our payment services, you also agree to the terms of service and policies of your chosen payment gateway.
8.3 MCP Server and AI Client Integrations
3DIMLI provides a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that allows you to connect your account to third-party AI assistants such as Claude, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible clients. By authorizing an MCP connection, you grant the connected client access to the account data covered by the scopes you approve during the OAuth consent flow.
The MCP server acts as a secure proxy and does not store or cache your content. However, 3DIMLI does not control how third-party AI clients process, store, or use the data they receive through the MCP connection. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy policy and terms of service of any AI client before authorizing access.
You may revoke MCP access at any time from your dashboard. Revoking access immediately invalidates all associated OAuth tokens. Deleting your 3DIMLI account automatically revokes all MCP tokens and consent grants.
3DIMLI is not liable for any actions taken by third-party AI clients using data obtained through an authorized MCP connection. Use of all third-party AI integrations is at your own risk.
8.4 Desktop and Mobile Applications
3DIMLI provides a desktop application (Windows, Mac, Linux) and an Android app. The desktop app supports offline draft editing, watch-folder bulk uploads, and local file management. The Android app provides mobile store management. By using these applications, you agree to these Terms. Application updates may be required to continue using the service.
9. Platform Availability and Modifications
9.1 Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9.2 Platform Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
10. Account Termination and Suspension
10.1 Account Deactivation
You may deactivate your Account from your dashboard, subject to outstanding obligations such as unpaid orders, pending refund requests, or recent sales still within the refund window. Once those are resolved, deactivation logs you out of all sessions, unpublishes all your seller products, and blocks access to MCP and API integrations. Your account data is preserved. You can reactivate your account at any time by signing in again. Deactivation does not affect your existing licenses for purchased Products.
10.2 Account Deletion
You may request permanent account deletion from your dashboard, subject to the same outstanding-obligation checks as deactivation. Deletion requests enter a grace period. After the grace period, your account and all associated data are permanently removed, including products, store data, OAuth tokens, MCP consent grants, and uploaded files. Orders and purchase records are archived for legal compliance. Deletion is irreversible.
10.3 Termination by 3DIMLI
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Prolonged inactivity
- Any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform or users
10.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be discontinued
- Existing licenses for purchased Products remain valid
- Outstanding 3DIMLI subscription charges and platform invoices remain payable
- 3DIMLI may restrict the account, storefront, listings, downloads, or platform features, but cannot hold or forfeit product-sale funds located in a seller's connected payment-provider account
- Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Disclaimer
The Service and all Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 3dimli.com disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Title and non-infringement
- Continuous or error-free operation
11.2 Product and Seller Disclaimer
3dimli.com is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides storefront, discovery, and commerce tools to independent Sellers. Sellers connect their own eligible payment providers, make their own offers, and receive Buyer payments directly. 3DIMLI does not buy, own, stock, license, resell, or distribute Seller Products and is not the Seller, reseller, distributor, broker, agent, or merchant of record for those Products. All Product transactions are directly between the identified Seller and Buyer.
- Displaying, ranking, recommending, categorizing, reviewing, moderating, or promoting a Seller or Product through Discovery or another platform feature does not make 3DIMLI a party to the sale and is not an endorsement or guarantee
- We make no representations or warranties regarding any Seller's products, conduct, identity, or business practices
- We do not verify, endorse, or vouch for the accuracy of product descriptions, preview media, or any claims made by Sellers
- We cannot and do not verify a Seller's ownership of, or rights to sell, the digital products they upload; responsibility for intellectual property compliance rests solely with the Seller
- We have no duty of care, fiduciary obligation, or agency relationship with either Buyers or Sellers regarding individual transactions
- Each Seller operates their store independently. 3DIMLI is not responsible for any Seller's actions, omissions, products, or customer service
11.3 Policy Enforcement Disclaimer
3DIMLI may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or report content and accounts to operate the Service, enforce platform policies, protect users, or comply with law. Those actions do not make 3DIMLI the Seller or transfer responsibility for a Seller's Product or transaction to 3DIMLI. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We do not guarantee that every policy violation will be detected or acted upon
- Except where applicable law requires otherwise, 3DIMLI has no general duty to pre-screen or continuously monitor every Product, statement, price, transaction, or user action
- Providing policies, reporting tools, support, moderation, or a standard refund workflow does not make 3DIMLI a party to a Buyer-Seller contract or assume the Seller's product, delivery, support, tax, licensing, or legal obligations
11.4 No Fraud Liability
3DIMLI may provide anti-fraud and abuse-prevention tools as platform features. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for fraudulent activity by Sellers or Buyers on the platform
- We do not guarantee that our fraud prevention measures will detect or prevent all fraudulent transactions
- Users who suspect fraud should report it to 3DIMLI and directly to their payment provider and relevant law enforcement authorities
- 3DIMLI acts as a neutral technology provider and does not knowingly enable or facilitate fraud
11.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, 3dimli.com and its Sellers shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of the Service or Products
- Damages arising from disputes between Buyers and Sellers, including refund disputes
- Damages arising from payment processing, payment provider disputes, or chargebacks
- Total liability exceeding the amount paid by you for the specific Product or Service
12. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3dimli.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and Sellers from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of the Service or Products
- Your violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Your violation of any rights of others
- Your User Content or any content you submit
- If you are a Seller, your store, Products, listings, descriptions, licenses, delivery, support, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment-provider relationship, or transactions with Buyers
- If you are a Buyer, your purchase, use, misuse, redistribution, payment dispute, chargeback, or interaction with a Seller
13. International Compliance and Legal Matters
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to Section 14 and any mandatory rights or forums available under applicable law, court proceedings may be brought only before a court of competent jurisdiction in India. Nothing in these Terms creates jurisdiction in a court that would not otherwise have it or prevents a consumer from filing in a consumer commission or other statutory forum available under mandatory law.
13.3 Export Controls
Users must comply with all applicable export controls and trade sanctions, including those administered by the U.S. Government and other relevant authorities.
13.4 International Users
If you access the Service from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage users to contact us at connect@3dimli.com to resolve issues informally.
14.2 Arbitration
To the extent valid and enforceable under applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, as amended. This clause does not prevent a party from using a consumer commission, regulator, court, or other statutory forum where that right cannot lawfully be waived.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. This clause does not waive any collective or representative remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable.
15. Force Majeure
3dimli.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3dimli.com regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
18. Changes to These Terms
18.1 Modification Rights
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

- Posting updated Terms on our website
- Sending email notifications to registered users
