3DIMLI provides a digital-commerce platform where independent sellers can open their own stores to list and sell digital products and bookable services. Everything sold through those stores is digital - nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges, courier partners, or shipping addresses apply to any order.
Digital products purchased from sellers (3D models, ebooks, software, audio, graphics, AI models, videos, games, and other digital files) are delivered through your 3DIMLI account immediately after your payment is confirmed.
Delivery of digital products is instant: access is granted within minutes of successful payment confirmation, and typically immediately. If your payment succeeds but access has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support and we will resolve it.
Bookable services (consultations, sessions, webinars, and appointments) are provided by the seller at the scheduled date and time you select during booking.
If a payment was completed but a product or booking was not delivered as described above, contact connect@3dimli.com with your order ID. Support responds within 48-72 hours and will restore access or, where delivery cannot be completed, process a refund under the Refund Policy.
