Delivery Policy

3DIMLI provides a digital-commerce platform where independent sellers can open their own stores to list and sell digital products and bookable services. Everything sold through those stores is digital - nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges, courier partners, or shipping addresses apply to any order.

Digital products purchased from sellers (3D models, ebooks, software, audio, graphics, AI models, videos, games, and other digital files) are delivered through your 3DIMLI account immediately after your payment is confirmed.

• Your purchase appears in your account under Dashboard → Purchases, where you can download the files at any time.
• An order confirmation email with access details is sent to your registered email address.
• Download access does not expire while the product remains available on the platform and your account is in good standing.

Delivery of digital products is instant: access is granted within minutes of successful payment confirmation, and typically immediately. If your payment succeeds but access has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support and we will resolve it.

Bookable services (consultations, sessions, webinars, and appointments) are provided by the seller at the scheduled date and time you select during booking.

• A booking confirmation with the meeting details (such as the video-call link) is sent to your registered email address and shown in your account.
• Calendar invitations are provided so the session is easy to join at the scheduled time.
• Rescheduling and cancellation terms are described in the Refund Policy and on the specific booking page.

If a payment was completed but a product or booking was not delivered as described above, contact connect@3dimli.com with your order ID. Support responds within 48-72 hours and will restore access or, where delivery cannot be completed, process a refund under the Refund Policy.
