3DIMLI Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") apply when you apply for, join, or participate in the 3DIMLI Affiliate Program. The program lets approved affiliates refer new creators and sellers to 3DIMLI and earn commission on eligible paid seller subscriptions.

By joining the program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Services, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

3DIMLI is a SaaS digital commerce platform and website builder for creators selling digital products, 3D models, graphics, audio, ebooks, software, games, AI models, video, link products, and bookable sessions.

The Affiliate Program is designed for creators, educators, agencies, community owners, writers, and partners who want to introduce other creators to 3DIMLI. The program is managed through Lemon Squeezy, which may handle affiliate signup, tracking, reporting, tax forms, and payouts.

To participate, you must:

• Apply through the official 3DIMLI affiliate flow or Lemon Squeezy affiliate program page.
• Provide accurate account, tax, payout, and contact information.
• Be legally able to enter into these Affiliate Terms.
• Promote 3DIMLI in a lawful, honest, and professional way.
• Comply with Lemon Squeezy requirements and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3DIMLI may approve, reject, pause, or remove any affiliate account at its discretion, especially where the promotion method, audience, content, or account activity creates legal, brand, fraud, or abuse risk.

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link or affiliate code. A typical referral link may look like https://www.3dimli.com/?aff=YOUR_CODE.

3DIMLI may use affiliate cookies, Lemon Squeezy tracking, referral codes, account records, or other attribution systems to identify referrals. The 3DIMLI affiliate cookie may remain active for up to 90 days unless it is deleted, blocked, replaced, expired, or otherwise unavailable.

Tracking is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for lost commissions caused by browser settings, ad blockers, cookie deletion, user error, disabled tracking, incorrect links, platform downtime, or third-party service limitations.

A referral is generally considered qualified only when all of the following are true:

• The referred person is a new eligible 3DIMLI user or seller.
• The referred person used your approved affiliate link or code before signup or purchase.
• The referred person buys or maintains an eligible paid 3DIMLI seller plan.
• The subscription remains valid after any refund, cancellation, chargeback, fraud review, or cooling-off period.
• The referral is tracked and accepted by 3DIMLI, Lemon Squeezy, or the applicable affiliate system.

Free signups, inactive users, unapproved users, cancelled subscriptions, refunded payments, chargebacks, trial abuse, and fraudulent activity do not create a qualified referral.

You may not earn commission from:

• Your own account, business, team account, family account, or controlled entity.
• Existing 3DIMLI users or sellers unless 3DIMLI explicitly approves the referral.
• Fake accounts, bot traffic, incentivized abuse, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or hidden redirects.
• Traffic from misleading coupons, fake discounts, deceptive reviews, or unauthorized brand bidding.
• Any referral that violates these Affiliate Terms, Lemon Squeezy rules, or applicable law.

Public program materials may describe the current affiliate commission as 20% recurring commission on eligible 3DIMLI seller subscriptions. The exact commission rate, eligible plans, payout currency, payout timing, minimum payout threshold, hold period, and payout method are controlled by the active 3DIMLI affiliate program settings and your Lemon Squeezy affiliate account.

Commission is calculated only on eligible amounts actually received and accepted for commission. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, payment processor fees, disputed payments, and cancelled subscriptions may be excluded or reversed.

Lemon Squeezy may require tax forms, identity verification, payout account setup, or other compliance checks before issuing payments. 3DIMLI is not responsible for payout delays caused by incomplete affiliate records, third-party processing, compliance review, or bank/payment provider issues.

When promoting 3DIMLI, you must:

• Be honest about your relationship with 3DIMLI and disclose that you may earn commission.
• Use accurate claims about 3DIMLI features, pricing, commission, availability, and supported countries.
• Respect intellectual property, privacy, advertising, anti-spam, consumer protection, and platform rules.
• Send marketing only to audiences who gave valid consent where consent is required.
• Stop using outdated or incorrect claims after 3DIMLI updates the program or platform.

You may not make income guarantees, false scarcity claims, fake endorsements, fake reviews, misleading comparisons, or promises that 3DIMLI has not officially made.

Unless 3DIMLI gives written approval, you may not:

• Bid on 3DIMLI, 3D Imli, 3dimli.com, or confusingly similar brand keywords in paid search ads.
• Use 3DIMLI trademarks in ad headlines, display URLs, domain names, app names, or social handles.
• Create coupon, discount, or deal pages that imply unofficial codes are official 3DIMLI discounts.
• Run ads that send users directly to 3DIMLI through your affiliate link without clear disclosure.
• Use malware, browser extensions, toolbars, cookie injection, or automated click tools.

3DIMLI grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved 3DIMLI names, logos, screenshots, and marketing assets only to promote the Affiliate Program in line with these Affiliate Terms.

You may not alter 3DIMLI branding in a misleading way, imply that you work for 3DIMLI, imply an exclusive partnership, or present your content as an official 3DIMLI page unless we give written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your affiliate account, password, payout details, tax information, and contact details accurate and secure. You are also responsible for all activity under your affiliate account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, tracking abuse, incorrect reporting, or payout issues, contact us promptly at connect@3dimli.com.

3DIMLI may update, pause, or end the Affiliate Program at any time. We may also change commission rates, eligible plans, attribution rules, cookie duration, payout timing, or approval requirements.

Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes through the website, dashboard, email, Lemon Squeezy, or another reasonable channel. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.

3DIMLI may suspend or terminate your affiliate account, reject referrals, reverse commissions, or withhold unpaid commissions if we believe that you violated these Affiliate Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, harmed the 3DIMLI brand, or created legal or compliance risk.

You may stop participating at any time by removing affiliate links and contacting us or Lemon Squeezy to close your affiliate account. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment adjustments, taxes, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law, will survive.

You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations, invoices, records, permits, disclosures, and compliance obligations related to affiliate income. 3DIMLI does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

You must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising disclosure rules, anti-spam rules, privacy laws, sanctions, consumer protection laws, and tax reporting rules in your jurisdiction.

You are an independent affiliate. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, fiduciary, or representative relationship between you and 3DIMLI. You may not sign contracts, make promises, or create obligations on behalf of 3DIMLI.

The Affiliate Program is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the program, tracking, reporting, links, cookies, dashboards, or third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DIMLI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or missed commissions arising from the Affiliate Program.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3DIMLI, its team, affiliates, service providers, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your promotional activity, your breach of these Affiliate Terms, your violation of law, your content, or your misuse of the Affiliate Program.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Affiliate Terms or the Affiliate Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, India.
