Use tree supports and print it as big as you can using the scale button. XL printers, ideally 40cm x 40cm print bed. You can print it smaller, but it's much better if you can print it big. Feel free to paint an eye on; a beholder eye is supposed to be blindingly beautiful/horrifying, chameleon paint or glow paint will work well. I have actually included a model with a bright green eye render, but I do not believe it is bright enough to pay proper respect to the legendary beast of the forgotten realms. Also feel free to use gems to finish the eye.
